This course introduces the roles and structures of APSEA and school-based teams that support Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) students. You’ll learn how these teams work together, how to communicate professionally within your role, and what to expect in real workplace situations. The course also covers key resources, team processes, and strategies to help you stay organized, confident, and supported in your work.

ELIGIBILITY: Access to this course is available exclusively to APSEA staff and eligible educators within Atlantic Canada. Users with an @apsea.ca email address or a recognized Atlantic Canadian school board email domain will be automatically enrolled in this course after signing in.
