103 Introduction to Assessment

Deaf Literacy Initiative offers this course for practitioners and managers of Deaf and DeafBlind literacy programs, as well as those who are interested in becoming literacy practitioners. DLI 103 will cover the following topics:

introduction to assessments
methods of assessing
intake and initial assessments
ongoing assessments
exit assessments
existing assessment resources and support available to practitioners

DLI 103 is the final course of three courses leading to the Deaf Literacy Initiative’s Level 1 Certification.
